Overview:

Participants will learn about emotional intelligence (EQ) and its first two competencies: self-awareness and self-management. Participants will understand how their emotions and actions can impact others and why they must manage their impulses and responses.

Length:

90 minutes virtually, up to four sessions per day.

Participants:

A minimum of 24 participants per session and a maximum of 30 participants.

Price (for an SGEi-Certified Trainer):

$2,500.00. Once your order is placed, an SGEi specialist will contact you to set up the virtual session for your team.

About Our Learning Experiences:

Our learning experiences focus on the skills and insights that make managers comfortable and confident in their daily and weekly priorities. These learning experiences are 90 minutes virtually and will empower your managers to engage their teams, help them interact with a younger and more empowered workforce, and allow them to get the most from their people. These can be one session delivered four times or a mix of four different leadership development sessions in an eight-hour day.
