Overview:

This module includes discussions on informal feedback, recognition, and how to have various coaching conversations to elevate the performance of those they lead. Models for effective delivery of feedback and recognition are introduced and discussed.

Length:

90 minutes virtually, up to four sessions per day.

Participants:

A minimum of 24 participants per session and a maximum of 30 participants.

Price (for an SGEi-Certified Trainer):

$2,500.00. Once your order is placed, an SGEi specialist will contact you to set up the virtual session for your team.

About Our Learning Experiences:

Our learning experiences focus on the skills and insights that make managers comfortable and confident in their daily and weekly priorities. These learning experiences are 90 minutes virtually and will empower your managers to engage their teams, help them interact with a younger and more empowered workforce, and allow them to get the most from their people. These can be one session delivered four times or a mix of four different leadership development sessions in an eight-hour day.
