Creating Relationships for Sales Success
Overview:

This learning experience is designed to teach participants how to deliver a memorable and effective sales experience to their customers. Participants will learn how to use a relationship-based approach to sales, which is proven to be more effective in making a sale. This program will also focus on how to develop compelling and customized value propositions and how to overcome any customer objections to reach an effective close of the sale. With interactive, hands-on discussions and activities, participants will leave this learning experience equipped with the tools and tactics to have better sales success with each of their customers.

Outcomes:

This interactive virtual learning experience led by an SGEi-certified master trainer is a memorable, motivating, and effective development opportunity for your customer service team to improve their service and relationship skills. Outcomes include:

  • Impression Management:  This module highlights first impression considerations in person, on the telephone, and over email. The module emphasizes how to establish the salesperson as a good use of a person’s time.
  • Follow up and Managing Your Relationships:  This module focuses on how to stay in touch and maintain a client portfolio. The module teaches participants how to develop and manage a touchpoint plan.
  • Personalization and Customization:  This module emphasizes conversations and recommendations that drive relationships and a customer’s spending. The module focuses on how to connect with someone to set up the sale in 90 seconds or less.
  • Sales 101: This module focuses on how salespeople can develop their own power statement on what they are offering, why they need to talk about the benefits rather than the facts, how to overcome objections, and ways to close a deal.
Length:

Four, 90-minute sessions in a one-day virtual workshop.

Participants:

A minimum of 24 participants per session and a maximum of 30 participants.

Our learning experiences focus on the skills and insights that make your team comfortable and confident in their daily and weekly priorities. These can also be delivered as classroom modules.
